RHC Yokohama Minatomirai
The concept for this project was for me to design and paint my own pop-up work shop -"kngee's Paint Shop for RHC", sign and while I was in RHC store in Yokohama(11/17-11/22), I used the pop up shop space to paint and decorate vintage objects such as eames chairs, pepsi sign, glass jars, Christmas ornaments, etc.  I also brought empty paint cans and hand painted posters to make the space look like my studio in Boston. 
A beautiful large painting that says 1STEPFORWARD on the wall is not my work and it was by the artist from the SF Bay Area, Jeff Canham.

23Kt gold leaf on white glass. I designed it based on the artist Mark Dion's drawing(see picture below).

Rose Art Museum commissioned Mark Dion to do a permanent installation "Undisciplined Collector", and I was hired to letter(gold leaf) on a door which is a part of his installation.

All the designs were provided by the EF design architect team.
Project:
Painting repeat patterns on 5th & 7th floor with white oil base enamel.
Large scale letters on 16 different locations(entrances) with white flat finish latex.

Special thanks to Pat Falco and Caitlin Duennebier for helping me out for this project.

This job was to design lettering for Ron Herman Japan's seasonal theme, and paint the design on main entrance door and rear entrance door(both are glass door). 
Also, painting a quote from the movie "It's a wonderful life" on floor, 4 A-frame signs and 2 rectangle signs for Ron Herman Cafe, and some other store display objects such as surfing wetsuit and few pairs of sneakers.
